You don’t have to buy textbooks, or pay for materials while you are studying at ALS. A class book will be supplied free on loan on your first day. Each time you go up a level, you will hand your class book in and receive a new book for the higher level. However, any marked or damaged books will have to be paid for, before you receive your English Certificate.
**Homestay Accommodation and Airport Greeting

** Airport Greeting means that a College car will meet you at the airport on arrival and take you to your homestay accommodation. This service is only available for homestay that is arranged by the College. Important: When you book, please pay only the Homestay Arrangent Fee and Airport greeting fee in advance. You should pay your homestay fees (minimum 4 weeks), directly to your homestay family, on arrival. If you are travelling on an Australian Student Visa, the Australian Government requires you to pay the following Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) charges, according to the length of your stay. This cover needs to be paid in advance and should cover the whole period of your student visa. The College will calculate the amount of Health Cover required for your student visa and bill you at the time of enrolment, so that everything is paid in advance. The Overseas Student Health Cover period does not commence until you arrive in Australia and commence your course.
