You can apply for an Australian Student Visa at any Australian Embassy, Consulate, or Visa Office. Alternatively, your local representative can help you with your Visa application. You can study for up to 16 weeks on a Visitor Visa, and longer on a *Working Holiday Visa (*some countries only.)  If you are applying for an Australian Student Visa, you will be able to study for a much longer period. However, you will need to provide the following information to the Visa Office:

• The Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) from ALS
• A medical check-up and chest X-Ray.
• Other information, as required by the Visa Office.

An Australian Student Visa allows you to study English for up to 12 months at ALS, providing the Immigration Department approves your application.
